When you get a brand new leather saddle after waterproofing it, is it essential to wax it?
I have gotten a brand new english, leather saddle. I have water proofed the saddle a couple times and given it time to dry over the period of two days. Is it important to wax it also?? is this something that is essential to do to brand new saddles? If you know anything about this please tell me:D

I’ve never water proofed my leather saddle either :/ I’ve only cleaned and conditioned it…and I rarely condition it. My saddle is fine, but I wouldn’t recommend waxing yours unless someone you know has done it and they know what they’re doing.
