I need a new pair of work gloves?

I ripped my old pair yesterday loading scrap metal in my truck I usually have to buy a cheap pair form the dollar store every month or so. I think I might just buy a nice Heavy Duty pair but they have to be universal like enough padding so I can carry scrap but good grip so I can work on engines and stuff. I was thinking of buying “mecahnix” gloves there about 12 bucks are they any good? any other other suggestions on good glove brands?

What you need to get is the pair of “Mechanix” and then also a pair one sided laced latex clothed gloves. Works really well if your working with concrete and allows you to have a grip even in the wettest conditions. ( I work in commercial snow removal as well) Cheapest place to get them is from lowes or any hardware store rather.
