What is the difference between a gear and a wheel and axle?
this is a “less technical” answer to your question:
wheel: the round thing with the tire
axle: is a bar that connects to the both Front Wheels and to two back wheels so that they can spin
gear: is a metal object with teeth in your transmission box that causes the movement of the car, the smaller gears are for start off and lower speeds. the bigger gears are for faster cruising speeds.
im not sure how to compare these things because they are not apples and apples, they are just connected together to get a car rolling
