Does anyone know where I can get on a set of carbon wheels 700c for cheap?

Looking to take my Triahtlons to the next level but don’t have a bunch of cash to buck up for new carbon wheels. Hoping someone might point me in the right direction to find some 700c tubular or clinchers for cheap. Have checked a unch of resources on the web with no success. Any ideas?

You could also try your luck getting used ones from craigslist and ebay, but be sure to check the history of the wheel to make sure they have not been crashed or broken. I know a guy scored a set of really nice carbon wheels for cheap only because there was a bulge on the rims for the rear so he can’t brake with it. Since he uses it only for TT so braking at the rear wasn’t necessary.
